Engine Oil Availability
We aim to use Castrol or Sinopec. In the event of stock shortages, a substitute of equal european grade standards (5W40, ACEA A3/B4 or C3) may be used without prior notice.
OEM Parts Policy
Oil filters provided are original only or Original Equipment Manufacturer-equivalent. Requests for specific brands outside our standard stock may incur additional charges.
Vehicle Warranty Advisory
All parts and procedures meet high industry standards. Singapore CCCS Competition Consumer Commission ‘Competition Act 2004’ dictates warranty restriction cannot be implemented as long as Original or OEM quality parts are used.
However, customers should verify warranty compatibility with their dealers to avoid dispute. We are not liable for third-party warranty disputes.
Diagnostic Coverage
Standard scans include basic ECU fault codes. Advanced scans (e.g. ABS, airbag, transmission) may be quoted separately.
Servicing Scope
Package includes engine oil change, oil filter replacement, fluid top-up, 80-120 points inspection, and basic fault scan. Any additional parts, fluids, or repairs will be quoted and require customer approval before proceeding.
Labour Warranty
Labour is covered for 7 days against workmanship-related issues. This excludes wear & tear, customer misuse, or unrelated mechanical failures.
Punctuality & Booking Policy
Arrivals over 30 minutes late may be rescheduled. No-shows without notice may result in loss of booking priority.
Environmental & Disposal
Environmental handling and disposal of used oil and filters are included, unless otherwise stated.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required upon service completion. All quoted prices are before GST unless specified.
